Birth-O-Ween

Happy Birthday Kevin! For 4 years now, your birthday along with your amazing wife have provided us with the most fun Halloween parties we've ever experienced. Here's to many more...

The Cat in the Hat, Thing 1, and Thing 2. Dressing a baby up is the best thing ever. And listen, I can't compete with last year,
and never will. So deal with it.

The boy that was born, making this whole thing possible (Kev) and the girl that works herself to the bone yearly to provide the best parties ever (Rach). And most importantly, their little ghost baby himself-Devro. Ghostbusters!

Jared, Jess, Jack, and Brinnley as the Flinstones. Winners of this years Best Costume award!! And rightly so...they looked fabulous, and Jess made ALL of their outfits!!!

The RELENTLESS Super T's!! Teuscher Family, Karen, Haylee, and Weston

Indians...Ben and Cornelia

Joseph, Mary, and Jesus--also known as Nathan, Brooke, and Stella Schmoe

A pirate and his parrot--Grant and Chelsea

Nacho and whatever his sidekick's name is in Nacho Libre...Omar and Mike

And now, some of the single guys--who never fail to surprise and wow with their creativity and resourcefulness :)

Every super hero mixed in one--unfortunately I dumped punch all over him after the party. Still so sorry.

A big birthday present for Kev, a native Missourian, a rocker, some grapes, and a chopper dude

A soccer player, someone strong, a guy in chain-mail and glasses, and a Pinnacle Bro :)

A dude in a purple jumpsuit, a dad at the beach (Brian Mealey at the beach to be exact), and a Chipotle Burrito. Ha.

And some goodies of little blue haired RoccoBaby:

He did not take his eyes off my wig the whole party, and when Ty held him he just stared at his whiskers and black nose. So funny

He was pretty fine with his wig too...it was huge so it kept falling off though. Love him.

So glad we have the Radebaugh's in our lives to do such fun crazy things with. Till next year...

Happy 3rd, 4th, & 5th of July!

I totally boo-hoo'd that the 4th was on a Sunday this year, because it's one of the 2 days in the summer that the guys get off early-and usually the girls all go to a parade or something during the day. So I thought it was lame it was going to be on a Sunday, but I was so wrong. Instead of one day, we got to celebrate three! Saturday, Sunday, and Monday were all the 4th of July around here, and it was tons of fun :)

Saturday:

Missouri has a love of outdoor malls (I can't imagine what they do in the winter?), but we made the trek to the one indoor mall in the area Saturday, and Rocco got a new Dino hat.

The boys got off a little early and we went to dinner. Rocco and his bestie Devro wore their matching patriotic rompers. Thanks Dev :)

The best picture I could get of Ty and Rocco, they're both moving...
We went to Eclipse after dinner, which was so fun to see again :) Ty hated it, of course.

Sunday:

The Colby's supplied a TON of fireworks for us, so we went and lit off fireworks at the community college. Unfortunately--Rocco and Misfit both hated them, and it started pouring rain while we were there. Still fun though...notice this really is a family photo, Misfit bottom right

Monday we had a pizza party after the guys got off work. It was a great 4th of July weekend!

Me and Rocco's festive outfits :)

Speaking of festive...

And, in Rocco news:

He's sitting up!

He's been pretty close for awhile now, and today he got a whole lot better at it! He was even catching himself when he would get over excited and wobble. Such a cute boy.

E to the CLIPSE

We did a little Eclipse party the day before it came out with all the girls out here, and then went to the 12:01am showing...which was a blast! It's crazy how weird it was to be out doing something without Rocco--who I secretly hoped would give Ty just a tiny bit of trouble so he could experience it, but instead was a perfect baby and went straight to sleep a half hour after I left! I didn't get many pictures from the party or the movie, but here are the ones I got. Oh. And. Eclipse was absolutely fabulous. The best best best one of the Twilight movies by far. Can't wait to see it again!!!

The invite, prizes, treats, and party favors that are hidden behind the cups

I was super excited to have found Eclipse plates and napkins :)

All the babies at the party! L-R Devro Radebaugh (3 1/2 months), Stella Schmoe (Almost 3 months), Rocco Williams (HUGE, and 5 1/2 months), and Brinnley Gillespie (8 1/2 months). It's so fun to have so many little babies around!

Devro and Rocco kickin it (literally...Dev's leg :))

We made shirts at the party, this was the back of mine. In retrospect I wish I'd put "Team Rocco"

At the movie! L-R Rachel, me, Jess, and Cornelia. Karen and Chelsea were there too, I need to get the picture of all of us from Jess!

It was so fun to go out with the girls, and I'm so glad they were all down to go at midnight!

And, how could I not include that we made it onto the news :) When we were leaving there was a news guy from NBC news Kansas City and he asked us all a bunch of questions about the movie etc. Of course, the clip they put of me is the lamest thing I said, but hey, it's the news so I'm proud of it :)

Rach & Jess had super cute comments about whether they were team Edward or team Jacob (Jess-Jacob, Rach-Edward), but this is the only clip I can find on the internet!

In Rocco News--

He took his first walk in his big boy stroller seat...and looked like such a big boy I couldn't believe it! I haven't done many updates with little details about him, so I'm going to try to start doing those!

*Rocco LOVES when people sing to him, especially when I sing Rock-a-bye Baby!
*He's starting to laugh a lot more, Ty and I spend a lot of our day trying to get giggles out of him
*He loves Misfit, and stops what he's doing the second Misfit enters the room and just stares at him until he leaves. Unfortunately, Misfit couldn't care less about him and moves away whenever we put Rocco near him
*The last couple weeks Rocco's decided he wants to eat every two hours during the night. This isn't my favorite thing, but it's fine cause he's so cute :)
*He had rice cereal for the first time, and hated it. We're getting him used to it though
*He gets so excited when Ty comes home and says hi to him!
*He's decided he likes werewolves better than vampires. Even with me trying to persuade him otherwise

All and all, he's such a sweet, precious little boy and I love spending every day with him! Oh, and he loves to wear his dad's hats!!
