We got back from Hawaii at 5:30 this morning...and I already want to be back! Ty and I got to go to Maui with his work, and it was so much fun. Just what the doctor ordered for my achy, way pregnant self--and luckily no baby on the plane! We had a great time, and now I can't wait to celebrate Christmas!

Some of the highlights: (I have a ton of pictures and I can never choose which to put, so there are probably going to be a bunch!)

Lots of photo ops! The hotel/island/ocean was so pretty, and everything was decorated for Christmas, an added bonus!

Activities: (mainly enjoyed by Ty, I was a little out of commission due to the little guy...)

One of the greatest things about our trip was all the fabulous food we got to eat! This is one of the only pictures I got of us at dinner, but luckily it was Ty's favorite night! He got to get Ceviche, (some sort of lime-drenched, raw fish thingy), that he ate a ton on his mission, and he loved it!

Showers and a New Arrival!!

I've been waiting to put pictures of baby showers on because I need to get them from my sister-in-law, but I got impatient so I'm just going to post what I have. I've had two really fun baby showers over the past month or so--one family one with my sister-in-law Ashley, and one with all my friends.

Ashley, Jill, me and my mom. Thank you so much to my mom and sister-in-law Jill who put the whole thing together for us! I wish I would have remembered to get a picture of everyone at the shower, but thanks to all my cousins, aunts, and in-laws who came!!

My friends Natalie and Rachel threw the cutest pirate themed shower for me last week, here's my diaper chest :)

I still need to get the rest of the pictures from this shower, but here's me and my friend/sis-in-law Rach who put it all together! Thank you so much to Natalie and Rach, and thanks to all my friends who came to this shower, it was so fun to see everyone! (You can see how much BIGGER my belly is from the last shower picture!)

Ty and me with our new little nephew! It was so fun to finally meet him, I just can't believe we're next!!

And as a final side note, I'm soo excited for Christmas, and am loving having my house all Christmas-y!!

(I keep promising people I'll post pictures of our house, so here are a couple that show how Christmas-y it is right now :), I'll have to post better ones when I have a chance!)

November in Review...

Time is flying by...and I'm feeling a little stressed because of it. I can't believe November is already over! We had a great month and got to do a lot of fun things. Beware this post turned out really long, apparently we had a really fun month!

At the beginning of the month we went on a trip to San Diego with some friends. It was really fun to get away for a couple days, the weather was pretty nice, and Ty and I fulfilled his life-long dream of going to a NFL game.

Our awesome car we drove around all weekend (by "we" I mean each of the 5 couples...it got way embarrassing to drive 5 yellow Corvettes everywhere we went...). I don't think Ty can believe my growing belly so he can't help but point to it at random :)

We went to the beach right after we got there but it was not warm...L-R: me, Lisa, Megan, and Nat

There was a pretty sunset even though it was freezing...there's not a single picture from this day that Ty doesn't have food in his mouth. So there you have it.

After dinner the first night at the cool hotel we stayed at...

The next day we went to the San Diego Zoo...

The next day we watched the Padres play the Sea Hawks. It was awesome.

We got a really nice day at the beach right before we left...we rented bikes and rode along the pier which was really fun, and funny if you were an observer watching the big pregnant girl peddle around.

I love vacations with this kid. Can't wait for more to come!

Another important part of November was Nat's amazing New Moon party! She went all out and everything was so cute! I'm so glad I got to go :)

Ty and I also had a great Thanksgiving up in Boise with his family, but of course I forgot to take any pictures!! Sorry about the super lengthy post...I'll try to do more than one per month!
